Welcome to our 2025 Iceland Missions Trip
Thank you so much for expressing interest in this international missions journey to the beautiful land of Iceland. We are excited about you joining us to help fulfill the mission of reaching the nations and changing lives. Within this form, you will not only find all of the information that you will need, but it will also help provide us with all of the information that we will need to help make this trip successful. Jesus gave His disciples instructions in Mark 16:15 “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” We believe that The Lord has given us the same instructions for this time to train up international believers from all over the world to be effective powerful witnesses of God’s love and resurrection power to the nations and those in need. All of our missions trips consist of practical/relational ministry training, impartation, and activation in the gifts and callings of God in your life. We will conduct revival services as well as Spirit-led prayer assignments and evangelism on the street. This is also a time to experience a lot of fun and genuine family time like never before.

COST: $2500 per person (Includes flight, lodging-double occupancy, ground transportation, and 2 meals a day) | $1000 Single Occupancy Supplement Fee
LOCATION: Reykjavik, Iceland
Reykjavik, on the coast of Iceland, is the country's capital and largest city. It's home to the National and Saga museums, tracing Iceland’s Viking history. The striking concrete Hallgrimskirkja church and rotating Perlan glass dome offer sweeping views of the sea and nearby hills. Exemplifying the island’s volcanic activity is the geothermal Blue Lagoon spa, near the village of Grindavik.
TRIP DETAILS: The cost of the trip $2500 per person. 50% Deposit is due upon your application being approved. Acceptance is based on a first come, first serve basis. JHM reserves the right to deny any application once all the slots have been filled. The trip cost includes round trip airfare from Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI). Also included in the trip cost is your lodging, transportation, and 2 meals (breakfast & dinner). You will be responsible for your travel cost to and from the departure city airport, additional luggage cost (visit Iceland Air's website to find out this information), personal spending money (budget as much as you would feel comfortable spending. Iceland is very expensive so plan accordingly), the cost of snacks/meals (outside of what will be provided), gratuities where appropriate (waiters, bus drivers, housekeeping, etc.), passport (For US Passport Holders, NO VISA OR VACCINE IS REQUIRED FOR ICELAND), country exit tax, and immunizations where required. JHM diligently works to provide the best possible prices. Legally, this trip is classified as a short term missions trip (as we will have various ministry times throughout the trip). Therefore all monies spent or associated with the cost of this trip can be considered donations that can be included in your end of year giving statement.
WHAT TO BRING: Iceland is generally a colder climate but during the time we are there, The temperature would be what an average winter for us would be. Please bring enough clothes for a few days to keep the additional cost for luggage at a minimum. There may be a washer and dryer on site. If so you will be able to do laundry. Please bring a hat, scarf, gloves, thermals underclothes, and boots in case the weather gets really cold at night. Please also bring any toiletries, medications, and personal hygiene products along with you from the states because they can be very expensive in Iceland. Also bring any special food or things needed for specific dietary needs. If you would like assistance with knowing what to pack and how to pack, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Payments may be made by credit card via our website. *Deposits and/or full payment made by credit card, please be aware of an additional charge to cover the Credit Card Processing Fee. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. The full trip payment and completed application must be received in our office by the “balance due date” 1/9/2024.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: If for any reason an attendee cancels, no money will be refunded.
